These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of any application published by Chiha JP ("we," "us," "our") on Google Play (the "App" or "Apps"). By downloading, installing, or using any of our Apps, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
1. License to Use
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on devices you own or control, for your personal, non-commercial use.
You may not:
- Copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works of the App.
- Resell, sublicense, rent, or distribute the App or any part of it.
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in a way that disrupts other users or our services.
2. Age Requirement
Our Apps are not directed at children under 13 years of age. By using the App, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old, or that you meet the minimum age of digital consent in your country, whichever is higher. If you are under the applicable age, you should only use the App with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
3. Advertising
Our Apps display ads served by third-party advertising networks, including Google AdMob, Unity Ads, Meta Audience Network, AppLovin, and other networks available through mediation. These networks operate under their own terms and privacy policies, which we encourage you to review. We are not responsible for the content of third-party ads or for any transactions you make as a result of clicking them.
4. In-App Purchases
Some Apps may offer optional in-app purchases ("IAP") for virtual items, features, or removal of ads. All purchases are processed through Google Play Billing and are subject to Google Play's own terms and refund policies. We do not process or store your payment information. Virtual items purchased have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
5. User Conduct
When using features that involve other users (such as leaderboards, multiplayer, or chat, if available in a specific App), you agree not to:
- Harass, abuse, or threaten other users.
- Cheat, exploit bugs, or use unauthorized third-party tools to gain an unfair advantage.
- Upload or transmit content that is illegal, offensive, or infringes on the rights of others.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for any user who violates these rules, at our discretion.
6. Intellectual Property
All content within the App, including graphics, code, design, and trademarks, is owned by Chiha JP or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership rights to you.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of bugs.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Chiha JP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App, including loss of data, loss of virtual items, or loss of progress.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or applicable law. You may stop using the App and uninstall it at any time.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time as we add new Apps or features. The date at the top of this page will always reflect the latest version. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where the developer is based, without regard to conflict of law principles, except where local consumer protection laws in your country require otherwise.
