This Privacy Policy applies to all applications published under the developer account Chiha JP on Google Play ("the apps", "we"). This policy explains what data the apps process and why. We do not require an account and we do not collect your name, address, phone number, or email address.

2. Legal basis and consent (EEA/UK)
Before any advertising or analytics SDK processes personal data in apps where those SDKs are used, we show Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) consent form where required. You can grant, decline, or later change your consent at any time via your device settings / Google's consent tools. Analytics collection starts only after the consent prompt resolves where consent is required.
3. Your rights - deleting your data
- In-app: Settings > Delete My Data permanently removes app usage, tracking, and locally stored data from your device where that option is available, and resets on-device analytics identifiers. Purchases are held by Google Play and are unaffected.

4. Children
Our apps are not directed at children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
